Very quick to respond and friendly. Their choice of accommodation on the route was really good for rural Spain and the transfer of luggage each day made for a stress free trek that we could enjoy fully. I used them to organize my Camino from O Cebreiro to Santiago, and everything was exactly as promised. I arrived at my first hotel in Pedrafita do Cebreiro, and from that point on I simply followed the itinerary they had prepared for me.
Hotels, luggage transfers, and logistics were all handled smoothly, which allowed me to focus on the Camino itself instead of worrying about arrangements. What impressed me most was their attention and responsiveness. When my luggage was running late arriving at one of the hotels, they actually called me to check on it. Later, when I decided I wanted to add an extra night in Santiago, I reached out and they took care of the additional hotel arrangements for me completely.
That level of service made a real difference. They were organized, dependable, responsive, and present when needed without ever making the experience feel over-managed.
