Our advice.
Clear the way and with an open mind. It is a learning path about the world, about life and about yourself. You will meet many new people from many countries and many fields. You will surely find more than one friend for life. You will also find out new things about yourself. Accept what you find out on your route, because what you learn on the Camino de Santiago will be with you forever.
Be respectful with the rest of the people you meet and the environment as well. The Way of St. James crosses many natural areas. Leave everything as you found it.
Try to forget your cell phone. Although it is recommended to carry it with you and it can also be of help when we follow the routes, try to carry it in your backpack or in a bag and use it as little as possible. Concentrate on the nature around you, on the people you meet and of course on yourself.
Be a pilgrim, not a tourist.
