In the last week of August, part of the Rutas Meigas team traveled to the American city of Miami, where the annual meeting of the ASSOCIATION OF AMERICAN TRAVEL AGENCIES (ASTA) took place.
During this week, the more than 1,200 participants were able to take part in a training course on Galicia, a tourist destination that has seen significant growth in the American market. A Galician tourism delegation also took part in the meeting, led by its director Nava Castro and other members of the Galician tourism cluster.
Rutas Meigas presented the American agents with her wide range of excursions, walking routes, gastronomic and ethnological tourism, the St. James Way and the multitude of unforgettable experiences that those who visit us can find in Galicia.
